Leadership Class Overview
This course continues to motivate students to take an even more active leadership within the class, the school community, and the community at large. Students will continue to develop skills in communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, teamwork, and conflict management and will begin to both apply and assess these skills in roles such as the planning and facilitating of both community and school events. Students will also carry on constructing value in self understanding and in viewing the complexity of social diversity while acquiring an appreciation of the importance of contributing to their communities and helping others throughout their lives as a means of a healthy existence.
